NASUM Confirm U.S. Release Date For New Album

Swedish grindcore merchants NASUM have set an October 26 U.S. release date through Relapse Records for their new album, "Shift". The album, which was recorded at Soundlab Studios in Örebro, Sweden, will be available in Europe on October 11 via Burning Heart Records. The vinyl version of the album, which is also expected in mid-October, will be issued via No Tolerance Records and "will be a deluxe type of release with a gatefold cover and other goodies," according to a posting on the group's web site. "There will be a limited colored vinyl printrun that will be sold on the upcoming European tour." An MP3 of the track "The Engine of Death" is available for download at this location (2.92 MB).
